Meet Naomi

I’m also a Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist who’s deeply passionate about helping people understand their bodies, especially when things feel confusing, overwhelming or stuck.

I believe health doesn’t come from trying harder or doing more. It comes from feeling safe enough to slow down, listen and work with your body rather than against it.

I created The Bowl of Lemons after experiencing burnout myself. I understand what it’s like to look high-functioning on the outside but feel completely dysregulated underneath. Now I support women to restore their health sustainably and help wellness businesses build the systems they need to grow without chaos.
